I loVe this weather! its sooo beautiful! The mornings are still a bit chilly but afternoons are fantastic!!
So last night when I got home from work I was going to go to the gym but it was soooo pretty outside and I didn't feel like staying indoors! So instead of going to the gym I went for a 40 minute moderate walk!! It felt soo great! and I could really feel it in my legs.
Tonight I think I will walk to the gym which is only about a 10 minute walk, do some weights when I get there, and then hop on the treadmill ( I want to try a run / walk ) and then walk back home. Wish me luck!
I started a calender yesterday! I got the idea from a few other lady bloggers.... I will give myself a sticker for each day I am OP, so tracking and staying within my points and exercising... So I earned 1 sticker so far!
I feel really motivated! but shhhhhhhhh I don't want to jinx it! LOL! so I won't talk about it!
