Gees time flies when you're having fun!!
I cannot believe I haven't written here in over a year! and yes I'm still struggling with my weight! I was reading back on some of my posts and it's funny how some things never change...
So a bit of an update...
I went to see a Naturopathic Doctor!! I absolutly loved my first experience!! She went through everything with me starting with my history down to personality! I told her my main reason for my visit was because of my weight and also allergies! after an hour and a half consult she put me on a detox for 21 days! I completed the first 21 days (without coffee, sugar, wheat, anything processed, dairy, alcohol etc.) WITHOUT CHEATING!!! and now I just continued to eat the same way... (healthier) I have lost just under 10 pounds and I feel great... MY biggest concern I thought would be cutting out coffee, but to tell you the truth I don't miss it!! I wont even go back to it, and it's been over a month!! I've been cheating here and there lately on weekends (Like last nights Dairy Queen blizzard mmmmm) but all in all I'm doing really well...
I'm still following WW at the same time! not to the tee (like tracking) but at this point it's almost like WW is second nature to me because I can calculate the points in my mind and work through it without stressing over it... I've been on WW most of my life, I'm just so used to it!!
Ash and I are still going strong it's been 3 and a half years and we've been talking a lot about getting married and buying a house! so I guess I'm just waiting for my ring!!
Good friends of ours (Ranier and Linda) are getting married in Cuba this summer!! Ash is best man and I am a bridesmaid! we leave Aug. 28th, which gives me 12 weeks to get in shape!! I will not go to Cuba feeling uncomfortable!!! My Goal is to loose at least 15 more pounds from now untill then!!
Excercise Excercise Excercise!! Always been my downfall!! so hard to get back into and not my favorite thing in the world!!
So My Goals from now untill Cuba!
1.) Stay on track
2.) 30 Day Shred at least 3 times a week
3.) Gym 5 times a week (Carido + Weights)
4.) Loose 15 pounds!
